MPEG1/2 does not support 15/1 fps

問題

mpeg1video で出力すると、次のエラーメッセージが表示されて失敗する。

[mpeg1video @ ...] MPEG1/2 does not support 15/1 fps
...
Error while opening encoder for output stream #0:0 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

原因

適用されるフレームレートが MPEG-1 の仕様にないため。

解決策

いずれかのフレームレートを指定する。
